PDF’s
Please send plans as PDF files if you have them in that form. Most plan files can be e-mailed - for large plans we can create a folder for you on our ShareFile FTP web-site. We have a Ricoh large format scanner/copier, so we can print all the plan sheets needed in house.Hard Copies
If hard copies of the plans are all that is available…no problem. We can scan hard copies in house and create the electronic files we need to do our OnScreen work.
If you are short on plan sets, or if the only set you have to send us is the official permit set, or the engineer’s official sealed set…once again, no problem. We always run new sheet copies to mark and highlight – your originals are always returned intact and unmarked.Drop-offs and Pick-ups
The location for drop-offs and pick-ups of hard copies is in NW Raleigh near Leesville RD High School, on Pinecrest Rd…..about 1 ½ miles south of the Leesville Rd exit of I-540 or about ½ north off Glenwood Ave.
A lot of the information we develop can be returned electronically. The framing cutlist binder and marked and highlighted structural sheets are hard copies that need to be picked up or mailed.
We run a limited delivery loop in North Raleigh, and occasionally to Professional Building Supply and Stock Building Supply in Apex. If we can help save you a few miles we will, and Fed Ex and USPS are always an option for outlying areas.Click on the “Send Us a File” link to get things started.
