Framing Load Sheets

One of the features of our framing takeoff system is separating the total order onto several individual load sheets.

These load sheets…

  • Reduce exposure of the total order to weather and theft
  • Address special inspection conditions, such as the open floor system inspection for crawlspace homes
  • Helps with staging materials on small and sloping lots
  • Allows the supplier to use smaller and more specialized trucks
  • Protects the framing materials from mis-cuts by the framer – if the rafters aren’t on site, then they can’t be cut up for something else
  • Reduces the amount of materials available for “borrowing” by other subs and trades on your job, and up and down the street
  • Keeps materials for special applications – front porch, screened porch, third floor, outbuildings, etc. – bundled and set off separately so they don’t get mixed in with the main order

Listed here are examples of house in Weycroft – take a look.

The individual loads can be customized depending on builder preference, project size, and special conditions.
