We will give you a firm quote for any work once we have seen the plans and know exactly what you need.
In some cases we can offer an introductory pricing and information package.
To give you a general idea of the costs for a full framing takeoff package - 3,200 sq ft under roof – marked and highlighted structurals, printed cutlist, Spanish-English translation key, and separate load sheets – should not exceed $400.
$400 - That’s about the same cost as 14 sheets of Advantech, and about what the framer’s extra charge is for two single dormers.
Millwork Information and OnScreen calculations
This work is done at $60.00 per hour.
For the 3,200 sq ft house mentioned above – millwork worksheets and summaries, and OnScreen drawings for footings, roofing, siding, oak flooring, and ceramic floors would take no more than 4.5 hours.
